Our coaches, trainers, and tutors have taken on a long-term commitment to the development of your child to provide them with the physical readiness, mental preparedness and social awareness needed to continue to grow into the best ‘them’ they possibly can be.
We have created a unique routine combining CrossFit Kids, active mobility, and physically challenging games that aim at developing the body, mind and social skills of today’s youth, all while giving them a safe outlet to express themselves among their peers. Early Enrollment Requests are available for parents interested in holding a space in NWFL Fitness’ Lifting Futures program powered by CrossFit Kids. Limited space available.

Body, Mind & Social Skills
Our trainers take a holistic approach to developing your child's social, physical and mental capacity within a safe and encouraging environment.
Our Training Schedule
Classes available Mon/Wed/Fri from 4pm - 6pm for ages 8 -18, including 1 hour of activity and 1 hour of supervised downtime.
Meals & Snacks
Nutritional food and snacks are available for our Lifting Futures-Youth Development participants.
We scale and modify our programming to fit the individual needs of each of our child, ensuring everyone can keep up with the class.
