Our mission is to share our collective knowledge about strength development, nutrition, and active mobility with those interested in learning how they can empower themselves by taking control of their health through the development of positive fitness-related habits and by discovering the best approach to maintaining nutritional habits that fit their lifestyle.
Our Coaches and Trainers put an emphasis on teaching proper form, appropriate technique and mobility before allowing our members to experience speed and intensity under heavy loads! There is a time and a place for ‘going fast’ and ‘lifting heavy’, and if you’re a member of SoWal CrossFit long enough, you may eventually reach that place, if you so choose!
The emphasis of our training remains on keeping our members healthy, strong, mobile and happy, so they are ready to return to each class, ready to out-perform their yesterday-selves. Contact a Trainer to learn more about what CrossFit means to our fitness facility.
While SoWal CrossFit is closest to Blue Mountain Beach, Seaside Beach, Grayton Beach, Gulf Place and Seagrove, we do service all of Santa Rosa Beach and are located just North of Hwy 98 near 331 and 98 intersection.
Every workout is unique and you are never doing the same one twice, keeping you motivated and your muscles guessing.
High intensity workouts allow you to improve your performance in a shorter amount of time as compared to other workout regimens.
The movements you perform in CrossFit are used in your everyday life. From sitting down to putting something on the top shelf. It's that simple.
