NWFL Fitness proudly announces the addition of the United Martial Arts Academy to our class offerings. This programming addition aligns with NWFL Fitness’ vision of providing members with a holistic training facility which embraces all forms of fitness and disciplines. As Coach Matt says “Any fitness is good fitness”.

In addition to this specialized program, NWFL Fitness has also rolled out new Cardio Kickboxing Classes and increased availability of the Lifting Futures youth program to 5 x weekly!
